• Job Description With a talented staff of planning and design professionals, we manage architects, engineers and planners in partnership with our user agencies to address their strategic capital needs with fiscally responsible, resilient and sustainable facility and real estate solutions. We develop the five year capital plan, strategic master plans, building and feasibility studies to identify the project scopes, budgets, and goals for state facilities. Our mission is to work closely with the Secretariats to set priorities for investment, based on their strategic goals, balancing the needs for repairs, renovations and new construction while staying within the State’s financial means. We plan for design and construction of new facilities, renovations and repairs totaling over $500 million dollars average per year. We work with A/E teams selected through the Designer Selection Board and Community and State and Federal Agency partners.
