- Mr. Durkin was appointed Director of Finance in January 2015. Prior to his appointment, he had served as MWRA’s Treasurer since January 2008. Before joining MWRA, Mr. Durkin was the Deputy City Manager for the City of Chelsea, Massachusetts. Mr. Durkin also served as Finance Director for the Cities of Chelsea and Beverly, Massachusetts and as Treasurer for the City of Peabody, Massachusetts.
