Pelley Joins The Health Foundation of Central Massachuestts

COURTNEY PELLEY was hired as the first director of strategic initiatives at The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts. She's tasked with supporting the organization's advocacy, capacity building, communications and community engagement activities. Pelley worked at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center for 11 years, including as senior vice president of external affairs and senior vice president of strategic partnerships. She also previously was an administrative fellow in the Mass General Brigham system. Pelley, who was born in Worcester and raised in Leicester, earned her bachelor's degree in neuroscience from Wellesley College. She also holds a master's degree in interpreting and translation studies, with a focus on intercultural services in healthcare, from Wake Forest University.
